Terms and Conditions


Applicable Law

Chronochrome UK adheres to the UK “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" and operates under the jurisdiction of UK Law. When ordering online you are entering into a legally binding contract.

Coverage

We supply to the UK primarily. Any orders placed from outside the UK must be done so by contacting us through the contact us form.

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal. If you need to pay by cheque, please send your order and cheque by post and allow an extra three working days for us to clear the cheque. Please make cheques payable to 'S R Field'.

Delivery

We aim to despatch within two working days from receipt of order. Please phone or email us if you require special delivery.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you promptly and we will include a return label and postage for you to return the faulty product to us.

Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your purchase of any item delivered. To cancel you must write to us within seven working days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. We are then obliged to refund your money. You must take reasonable care of the unwanted items and you must return them to us. Failure to do so following a refund may be considered a breach of your statutory duty. The cost of returning unwanted goods is at your expense and you agree to this by placing an order. If an item shows any signs of wear or damage then this implies that you have accepted and used the item and you cannot then return it.

Guarantee

Our products are guaranteed against faulty operation for a period of one year from the date of despatch. Damage due to rough or inappropriate handling, including dismantling and accidental damage, is not covered. If you wish to claim under the guarantee, please contact us and we will send you a return label and postage for you to return the faulty product to us.

Complaints

We hope that you are satisfied by our service and our products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please e-mail us at info@Chronochrome.co.uk or call 01202 600300. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and will aim to deal with your problem promptly. In the case of a faulty product please see relevant sections above.

Privacy

Personal data is held under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Availability

Goods are normally in stock but may be subject to availability, if any goods are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible giving you a delivery date. If this is not acceptable then you may cancel the order to receive a full refund.

Out of Stock Items 

If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to come in.

Additional Charges

The prices you see are the prices you pay. Any applicable taxes are already included in the prices shown.
